1. Right of Return
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
2. Return Costs
The cost of returning the product to the seller is borne by the customer.
3. Return Conditions
The product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
If the product shows any signs of use, the seller reserves the right to refuse a refund.
4. Product Exchanges
Customers may exchange a product for another available item in the store’s offer. In such cases, the customer covers the cost of returning the item as well as the shipping cost of the new item.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and positively verified.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, i.e., to the customer’s payment card.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and legal reasons, products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.
