Return Policy

1. Right to Return

You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

• be unworn, unused, and unwashed;

• be in their original condition with all tags attached;

• be returned in their original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
